Who are you talking to?
[[Beach]]
[[Chip]]
[[Bogey]]
Hey! You don’t live here, right?
[[Mulligan is my home!]]
[[I’m a Grifter, but I’m not from here specifically.]]
[[Nah, I’m just visiting.]]
(if: $MulliganLocal is 0)[Hey friend] (if: $MulliganLocal is 1)[It's always good to see another local](if: $MulliganLocal is 2) [Welcome to Mulligan, we're a friendly sort - mostly - you are welcome to talk to any of our locals], we are happy to have you!
How’s Mulligan finding you this fine day?
(if: $BeachOffer)[[Beach was trying to get me to mess up the town.]]
[[I haven’t been eaten by the undead.]] So far, so good.
(set: $MulliganLocal to 1)
Beach shifts his weight, he’s contemplating something. “You okay at keeping secrets? I need some work done, but I don’t want you running your mouth to your friends here in town.”
[[I live here, I never said I liked anyone here.]]
[[That sounds shady. I’mma pass.]]
[[Secrets cost extra.]]
(set: $MulliganLocal to 2)
“Good, then you probably won’t mind doing a bit of work for me. Right? I just need a few rats added to the town hall. That’s all. It’s got a few already, but I’m trying to convince some folks in town to sell it to me, and I’d like them to think the building is too far gone first.
It’ll help with the price.
How’s that sound?”
[[That sounds shady. I’mma pass.]]
[[I’ll take your shady job.]]
(set: $MulliganLocal to 2)

“Okay, okay. You sound like a reasonable sort. My request is pretty basic. I just need a few rats added to the town hall. It’s got a few already, but I’m trying to convince some folks in town to sell it to me, and I’d like them to think the building is too far gone first.

He frowns, but nods his head anyhow. “No problems pal. You change your mind, you come talk to me.

Beach blinks his eyes a few times. “Extra, eh? Tell ya what, if you manage to complete this job for me - and keep it quiet - I’ll double what I was planning on paying ya.”
Beach puts his hands in his pockets and adjust his stance.

“Excellent! It’s great to find professionals - even here. Once my people let me know you’ve added some rats to the pile, you can come grab your payment.”
Once you have located and placed 3 additional rats and deposited them, take a screenshot and post it to OMM Share. Please be sure to tag atOMM Assistance so you can make sure your points are awarded, and your requested items are added to your LIT.

“Oh, I really don’t understand him. He’s kinda new around here. He keeps trying to make quick money, but it never works out for him. Did you take him up on his offer?”
(if: $BeachOffer)[[I told him I would, but I don’t want to.]]
(if: $BeachOffer)[[I told him to take a hike.]]
[[I told him it sounded shady.]]
“Well that’s good to hear. That whole getting eaten thing can be really inconvenient. I try and avoid it, myself.”

“That does sound shady.”
Chip paces for a moment, then turns to face you. “Could you look around and see if there are any new problems that have popped up in town? If he is up to something, it’ll probably be more annoying than it is deadly.”
[[“I can help, Chip.”]]
[[“I’d rather not get involved.”]]
(set: $Trusted to 0)
Chip sighs. He looks disappointed.
I’d like to believe you, I would. It’s just hard to trust some folks these days. If you can help clean up his mess and maybe get those rats to some place safe. That’d be a good start.

“Well, now we know what he’s up to. He’s probably not gonna stop with just asking you. Could you try and make sure the Town Hall stays as free from rats as is possible?”

“Uh, sure. I guess that makes sense. You don’t hafta. I’m sure it’ll be fine. Beach seems like the sort that is way better at scheming than actually getting stuff done.”

This is the home page for the branching text options for the Mulligan installation. We are working on tracking data, so - we’ll be testing this out. You can go through the dialog multiple times, but if you answer a particular question - it will only keep the last answer you gave it.
Doing it all in this one page lets us track variables. So, try and only talk to the character that you are standing next to. :) This will also help you know all of the options and interactions that are available over the weekend.
