Our events are hosted on privately owned camp sitting next to Lake Texoma. The site has running water, showers, flush bathrooms, a full kitchen, and cabins with AC and heat. 

We suggest bringing bedding (or a sleeping bag), bug spray, food supplies, and plenty of water. Food may be stored in any of the three fridges on site. The Dining Hall (aka The Country Club) has a full kitchen with stove tops, ovens, etc.

Site opens at 3pm on Friday and is open until Sunday around 3pm (unless stated otherwise). Bunks are first-come, first-served. Friends may hold a bunk for players staying the entire weekend.

Wild animals are generally not an issue if food is secured inside a building.
