In Dystopia Rising: Evolved, all strains are able to enter play as Leading Characters. However; some strains and concepts require approvals.

Requires Approval: These items require Backstory and Costuming approvals prior to entering play.

  • Characters under the age of 17

  • Proude or ItchItch player characters that start without Anomaly (psionic) skills require an approved background. The overwhelming majority of Proude and ItchItch faction members are psionically active. If you wish to play a member of the Proude or ItchItch faction that enters play as a psion, no background approval is required.

Requires Adherence to Guidelines: These items require player adherence to the linked respect guidelines developed by members of the affected community. They do not require preapproval.
